At checkout, you can put a balance from a participating UK retailer's gift card toward your order. You can stack more than one card, or pay any remainder by debit or credit card. Nothing is charged to a regular card until verification is complete.
Verification is done with the gift card issuer and can take up to one working day. Once that's confirmed, the order is dispatched and you'll get tracking by email. If a card doesn't verify we'll write to you and you can swap it, top up by card, or cancel for a full refund.
We can only accept cards whose terms allow them to be transferred or used by a third party. Some retailers' cards are restricted to use at the issuer's own stores, and we'd love to help, but legally we can't.
Whether a specific card works depends on the issuer's verification response on the day. If we can't accept yours, we'll let you know straight away and you'll only ever be charged what you've authorised.

Yes. Enter the amount that's left on the card and pay the rest with another card or a regular payment method. We'll show you what's covered and what's outstanding before you confirm anything.
Usually faster than a working day, but we ask you to plan for up to one working day in case the issuer is slow to respond. You'll get an email the moment it goes through.
We'll email you and you can either swap it for another card or pay the difference by debit/credit card. If you'd rather just cancel, we'll refund anything you've paid in full.
No. We can only accept cards whose terms allow third-party use. Some retailers restrict their cards to in-store or own-website use only, and we have to respect that.
Card payments go through Stripe, who handle the details — we don't see your full card number. Gift card numbers are stored encrypted and only used to verify the balance with the issuer.
If you cancel before we ship, yes. After dispatch, see the returns page. Refunds for gift card payments are typically returned to the original gift card where the issuer supports it, otherwise as store credit valid for 12 months.
