Delivery
We ship to addresses in mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland from our UK fulfilment partner. Orders paid by debit or credit card usually go out the next working day. Orders paid by gift card go out once we've verified the card with the issuer (this can take up to 1 working day extra).

Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date, not the order date. We can't guarantee delivery dates because the courier handles the final leg.
Returns
If something doesn't work for you, you have 14 days from the date your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, and another 14 days to send it back.
What can be returned
- Items that are unworn, with original tags attached, in their original packaging.
- Faulty items, regardless of when they arrived (within reason).
What can't be returned
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
- Anything that's been worn, washed, or has the tags removed.
- Items marked "final sale" on the product page.
How to return something
- Email support@titanfashions.com with your order number and which items you're sending back. We'll send you the returns address and a returns reference.
- Pop the items in their original packaging with the returns reference written on the outside.
- Send via Royal Mail (we recommend tracked, since the package is your responsibility until it reaches us).
- We'll process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the package, back to the original payment method. If you paid by gift card, the gift card balance is restored where possible; otherwise the refund goes onto store credit valid for 12 months.
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. We don't cover restocking fees because we don't charge any.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and we'll take it from there.
