These terms set out the agreement between you and Titan Fashions when you buy something from us. They don't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About us

Titan Fashions is a trading name of Titan Fashions Ltd. We're a small UK business operating an online shop at titanfashions.com. Our registered office is Lavant, Chichester, West Sussex, PO18 0BW, United Kingdom. Our contact email is support@titanfashions.com.

2. Placing an order

Adding items to your bag and going through checkout is an offer to buy them. We accept your offer only when we send the order confirmation email. We may not accept an order if an item is out of stock, the price was wrong, we suspect fraud, or we can't deliver to your address.

3. Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We make every effort to display prices correctly, but if there's an obvious pricing error we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Payment

You can pay by debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or by applying a balance from a participating UK retailer's gift card. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Gift card payments

When you pay by gift card we hold your order while we contact the retailer to verify the balance. Verification can take up to one working day. If the card is valid and the balance covers your order, we proceed. If a card doesn't verify (zero balance, already used, expired, locked), we'll email you and you can:

Titan Fashions is not affiliated with any gift card issuer. We can only accept cards that the issuer's terms allow to be transferred or used by a third party. If your card's terms forbid this, we won't be able to accept it. By submitting a gift card you confirm you obtained it lawfully and are entitled to use it.

5. Delivery

We ship to addresses in mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Once an order is verified and dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days. We use Royal Mail and DPD. We can't guarantee delivery dates because they're outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return an item, and another 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging. Underwear, swimwear and pierced jewellery can't be returned for hygiene reasons. See the returns page for the full details and the address to send things back to.

7. Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match the description, please email us within 14 days with a photo and order number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be heard in the English courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
